- Free exchange (collection and re-delivery) for products with a value greater than 100,00Eur, with the exception of products purchased with Discounts.
- The exchange of products with a value of less than 100,00Eur or bought with Discounts, has a cost of 5,00Eur. However, if you prefer, you can send the product (s) to our address and the costs of that return will be borne by the customer. The new shipment that we will make to your address will not have any added costs.
To start the exchange process you must contact us by phone or email so that we can schedule the collection of the product and reserve the new product you want.
Please note: The 2nd and the following exchange costs 9,00Eur.
The cost of sending the returned items is the responsibility of the customer, the new shipment that we will make to your address will not have any added costs. From the 2nd exchange the cost of our shipment will be 4,00Eur.
The cost of sending the returned items are the responsibility of the customer, and the cost of the new shipment to his address is the price indicated in the respective shipping table.
In case of return, the cost of sending to our address is the responsibility of the customer.
In Portugal and Spain (Continental) the customer can choose to send to our address, or request us to collect the product with a cost of 5,00Eur, which is discounted in the amount of the refund.
In other destinations, the shipment must be made by the customer.
The refund of the orders returned will be done by bank transfer or by reimbursement for a debit / credit card that you have used in the purchase.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
If the product does not suit you or you do not like it, you have 14 days to exchange or return. To initiate the process of exchange or return you can contact us by email or telephone to inform us of your intention.
- The products must reach us in their original condition and with the original packaging of the mark, along with the purchase invoice.
- After the articles are received and analyzed, an exchange will then be made, a voucher issued or the money refunded.
- Any packaging received without identification of the sender and about which we have not had prior information is in danger of being returned.
- Returns sent with payment on delivery will not be received by our services and will be automatically returned.
- In case the exchange is made by other products with price difference or additional costs in our favor, that difference will have to be paid by bank transfer or card. If this difference is in your favor, we will refund you by bank transfer or by reimbursement for a debit / credit card that you used for the purchase.
- In the event of any error in the delivery of any product by Glispe.com, the treatment of the whole process of exchange or refund will be made by us.
You may cancel your order at any time up to when your order is shipped, with the right to a refund of all value that has been paid.
If, within 48 hours the payment has not been made or the order has not been confirmed by the client, we may cancel the order automatically.
In case of unavailability of an item, you will be informed of this situation and your order will be considered partially or totally canceled. In the case ofpartial unavailability of the order we will wait for the client to confirm us the interest in the rest of your order. In any case you can always exchange it for another item or request a refund of sums already paid.
